There is no record of anyone on that list receiving a kit. Following which a complaint has been lodged against the MLA and two labour officials in the office of the Lokayukta,
It is a bogus list prepared on purpose. The list of beneficiaries was prepared without holding any programmes and the concerned have plundered the government’s money. The agency entrusted to distribute the kits transferred huge amounts to the bank account of the MLA has strengthened the suspicions of corruption,” stated the councillor in the complaint.
