Bangalore: The Congress High Command seems to have taken seriously the recent cross voting by some MLAs during the elections to MLC seats, has ordered action against the MLAs concerned. In this backdrop, the State Congress has formed a committee led by senior leader VR Sudarshan to make a concerted effort to trace the MLAs who resorted to cross voting.
The committee will identify the errant MLAs and submit a report and the Congress high command will initiate stern action on the basis of the report, KPCC Chief G Parameshwar has informed. According to sources, already the six MLAs have been identified and once evidences are gathered against them, then the report would be submitted.
It is believed that both Parameshwar and Siddaramaiah are expected to leave for Delhi no sooner the MLC graduates and teachers constituencies results are out on Wednesday.
