Mangaluru: Mangaluru South Constituency Congress candidate J R Lobo filed his nomination on April 23, Monday. Lobo arrived by a procession from the Kudroli Sri Gokarnanatha Shrine. Several party officer bearers and workers were present on the occasion.

Mangaluru North Constituency Congress candidate B A Moidin Bava also filed his nomination on Monday. Bava arrived at the office of the Electoral Officer located at MCC building at Lalbagh by riding a cycle from Ladyhill along with his supporters and party workers.
