Mangalore, July 31: The District youth Congress and senior congress leaders organized the fruits distributing programme at Lady Goschen hospital to mark the first death anniversary of former Youth Congress President Late Bondala Jagannath Shetty.

Speaking on the occasion, Mithun Rai, president of District Youth Congress said that Late Bondala Jagannath Shetty was a role model for the upcoming youths in the party and a backbone of the youth congress. He has inspired many youths to join the party.

Senior congress leader Suresh Ballal who led the fruit distribution programme said that the unexpected death of the congress leader has been a great loss to the party.

Later the congress leaders also paid tribute to Bondala Jagannath Shetty at the District Congress office.
