Mangalore: The Karnataka Pradesh Congress Committee along with District Congress organized a protest against the BJP government in a unique manner by breaking 108 coconuts in front of Mangaladevi Temple on May 22, Sunday.
Speaking on the occasion KPCC general secretary Ivan D’Souza said that they have offered 108 coconuts to Goddess Mangala Devi to get rid of Chief Minister B S Yeddyurappa and his Government from the state. He also said that, this government is the most corrupted government in the state ever witnessed.
He also said that, the congress leaders and activists will gold black flag during CM Yeddyurappa’s visit to the city today for the meeting and send him back as the black day.
