Congress Seva Dal hold day long workshop to train volunteers

Mangalore : Pramod Kumar Pandey, Karnataka Congress Seva Dal leader speaking at the press meet hweld at District Congress Office on Jan 20, said that Seva Dal will bring changes in order to attract the youth and will fight against political parties such as BJP and others, which are misguiding the public.
He also said that, the BJP is involved in activities that threaten secularism and misguide the public. Seva Dal also plans to organize a day-long workshop in all the districts to train volunteers and attract youths in Karnataka. New caps and uniforms will be given to all Seva Dal activists in a bid to attract youth, he added.
Previously, such Workshops have already been held in Udupi, Chikballapura, Karwar, and Gulbarga and will be held in all districts by the end of March 2011, he said.
Referring to the National BJP Yuva Morcha’s programme of hoisting the national flag at Lal Chowk, Shrinagar on Jan 26, he said that this is just another trick of the party.
