Mangalore : The Karnataka Pradesh Congress Committee will organize a programme ‘Congressnondhige Banni Badhalavane Thanni’ at Urwa Maidan at 10.30 am.

Speaking at the press meet held at Congress Office on Oct 1, Monday KPCC secretary Ivan D’Souza said that MLA B Ramanath Rai will be preside over the first meeting of the programme to be held tomorrow.

He also said that all senior congress leaders like KPCC State secretary  M M Nanaiah will be the in charge of the programme. Members of ZP, TP, Corporators and Mayor will participate in the event.

This programme will be held in every gram panchayath and bhoot level from October 1, Monday to October 31. Further Congress party will also hold one day padayatra titled ‘Naada Rakshana Nadige’ in November against the BJP’S failure in administration and publicizing achievements of congress. In the month of December, Congress will hold another programme ‘Chintana Mantana’ against BJP’s anti people policy, he added.

Kallige Tharnath Shetty said that the party will also release hand book titled ‘Congressnondhige Banni Badhalavane Thanni’ tomorrow.

Congress leaders Nagendra, Praveenchandra Alva, Kappuswamy, Mithun Rai, Shashidhar Hegde, Steephen and others were present.
