Mangalore : Gujarat Chief Minister Narendra Modi said that “Congress gave challenge and I came, whatever they say it goes wrong; they said I won’t come and I came, they are saying that BJP won’t gain victory and we will overcome it”.
Speaking at the public meet held as a part of publicity campaign held at Nehru Maidan on May 2, Thursday, he said that Congress leaders say that Congress is a poor people’s party but after seeing the ruling of BJP in Karnataka, people say Congress is not poor people’s party because BJP has worked for the development of the poor people.
He also said that it is the duty of Karnataka voters to ask the report of BJP government about their achievement and developmental projects. It is also the duty of people of country to ask the developmental report of country from the Central Government. But how can they give report without doing any achievements.
Congress has said assuring people to provide permission for cow slaughter in return to their votes. The cows of the country are being exported to foreign countries, but the central government is silent. Due to the cow slaughter and sale, the farmers are not getting sufficient fertilizers for agriculture and helplessly opting for organic fertilizer.
Congress has started the Pink revolution. People have heard about green and white revolution but Pink is the symbol of cow meat they have slaughtered and exported.
The areca growers of Karnataka was suffering from huge loss and the Mangalore leaders have urged to purchase it to support price and now the Gujarath is the large purchaser of areca.

D.V .Sadananda Gowda said that BJP has accepted the challenge by organizing Modi programe in Nehru Maidan. Further voters must challenge them by casting their vote to BJP.
DK District in-charge Minister Kota Srinivas Poojary said that the BJP has given various development projects to the poor people. For girl children, from their birth to the age of 18 years, BJP is taking care of through Bhagyalakshmi Project. Female feticide was being practiced in various places but after BJP came into power 17 lakhs girls have benefitted by the Bhagyalaskhmi projects so 17 lakhs people should vote for BJP, he said.
