Mangaluru : Mangalore University Employment Information and Guidance Bureau and University Training and Placement Cell jointly organised a brainstorming training program at University College Mangaluru on Saturday and Sunday (Recently).

Addressing the job seekers, Smt. Indu Rao, an HR department official at Infosys, today gave an in-depth information about the various types of interviews, preparation etc. She explained with examples how continuous skills development, professionalism and leadership qualities can play a key role in the success of a company.

Mangalore University Student Welfare Director Manjula Shantaram and NSS officer Dr. Nagarathna and others conducted a mock interview for the student participants. The live interaction with the students attracted attention. Around hundred students from different colleges participated in the two day event.

University Training and Placement Cell Consultant Sharada Somayaji, Director of the Employment Information and Guidance Bureau Prof. Jayappa, Program Coordinator Rukmanga D too shared useful tips with the students.

Principal Dr. Anasuya Rai welcomed the guests. NSS officers Dr. Suresh, Dr. Gayathri N, Head of Computer Science Department Dr. Veerabhadrappa were present among others.
