Mangaluru : In the wake of Coronavirus outbreak and global panic, an awareness programme was conducted for the First Year Engineering and MBA students on Coronavirus disease prevention to help educate the students about the Cononarivus (nCOVID-19), the global outbreak and steps to prevent it. MrAnkith S Kumar, Student Counsellor& Health Centre Incharge conducted the sessions for the students and explained about the virus, its etiology, global outbreak patterns and prevention. He helped the students understand the real situation and differentiate between real and fake news regarding nCoVID-19.

Mr Ankith S Kumar taught the student safe hand washing techniques to help prevent the spread of the virus.
