Mangaluru :  Ram Kishore working at Corporation Bank, New Delhi Service Branch started his journey from Mangaluru to Amarnath shrine in Jammu and Kashmir by two-wheeler.  Jai Kumar Garg, Managing Director & CEO flagged off the 6900 kilometre journey to the holy shrine at the Bank’s Corporate Office in Mangaluru on 23rd June, 2016. Shri Sunil Mehta, Executive Director and other staff members were present at the flagging off.

Shri Kishore will travel from Mangaluru to Bangalore and move towards Hubballi, Belgaum, Pune, Mumbai, Surat, Vadodara, Ahmedabad, Udaipur, Ajmer, Jaipur, Delhi, Chandigarh, Ludhiana, Pathankot, Jammu, Srinagar and Baltal. The journey from Baltal to Amarnath is 16 kilometres by walk.

Through his journey from Mangaluru to Amarnath, Shri Kishore will spread the Prime Minister’s message of Beti Bachao Beti Padhao and Swachh Bharat and promote the name of Corporation Bank.
