Mangalore: The head office of Corporation bank celebrated Nehru Jayanthi on Nov.14 at its premises when, Chairman and Managing Director (CMD) of the Bank S.R.Bansal, presided over the deliberations. Bansal praised the First Prime Minister of India   Javaharlala Neharu has International Man of Peace. The Bank officers went in a team to a park nearby and garlanded the white statue of Pandit Nehru holding a bird of peace in his hand.

Hundreds of children’s from Pandeshwar and other schools along with Basheer Baikampady president of Bharath Seva Dal,   Pradeep Kalkura, President of KSP for D K District, with Seva Dal volunteers  with their elegant uniforms were present  during the garlanding of statue.

Amarlal Daultani and BK Srivastava and several Corporation Bank officials were present.
