Mangalore : The  Women’s Police Station at Pandeshwar in Mangalore has been directed by the Third JMFC Court to lodge an FIR against ACP TR Jagannath who is an accused in a sexual harassment case  lodged by Pandeshwar ASI Srikala.

 The court has also asked the Women’s Police station to submit a report after the probe.

Earlier the  nine member committee set up by Commissioner Manish Kharbikar had absolved  Jagannath of the charges. As the report of the committee headed by ACP Kavitha  disappointed ASI Srikala, she had filed a petition in the JMFC court.
