Mangaluru: The court has denied to grant permission for the narco test of prime accused of RTI activist Vinayaka Baliga murder case, Naresh Shenoy, on Friday.

Baliga’s father Ramachandra Baliga had filed a plea in additional sessions court, seeking permission for the narco analysis of Naresh Shenoy, who is recently released on bail. After the hearing the court has denied to grant the permission.

Lawyer of Ramachandra Baliga has decided to approach high court seeking permission for the same. And it is reported that they are also going to question the bail granted to the accused.

Previously, police had filed a plea seeking subjecting Naresh Shenoy to the narco analysis, but the court had denied the same after Naresh Shenoy didn’t agreed for it.
