Udupi: Court have extended the judicial custody of three accused of Bhaskar Shetty murder case, while other two are granted for CID custody.

JMFC court on Wednesday ordered to extend the judicial custody of, Rajeshwari, Navneet Shetty and Niranjan Bhat till September 6. CID custody has been given to Shrinivas Bhat and Raghavendra till August 29.

As Rajeshwari is presently sent to Mangaluru jail, she was produced separately before the court.

Bail plea of Shrinivas Bhat and Raghavendra, who were held for destruction of evidences was declined by the court.

Meanwhile, court has granted permission for the DNA test of bones available with Bhaskar Shetty’s mother Gulabi Shetty and his brothers.
