Udupi: Udupi III additional court granted temporary injunction order favouring Rajeshwari Shetty to oversee the administration of Durga International hotel.

The said hotel was owned by Bhaskar Shetty and his wife Rajeshwari Shetty under partnership.

Rajeshwari Shetty who is currently in judicial custody in connection with Bhaskar Shetty’s murder, had appealed in the court that Guruprasad Shetty, Gulabi Shetty and other family members of Bhaskar Shetty were interfering in the hotel’s administrative affairs .

Upholding the appeal, the court ordered that only Rajeshwari Shetty had the right to manage the hotel and that no one else has any authority to obstruct her. It has asked Rajeshwari Shetty to properly manage the day to day affairs of the hotel and report the same to court.
