Udupi : The second Additional District and Sessions Court has rejected the bail application of Praveen Chowgule who has been arrested in connection with the murder of four members of a family at Nejaru.

The accused had filed the bail application through his advocate K S N Rajesh. However Public Prosecutor Prakash Chandra Shetty had filed objection to the same.

Judge Dinesh Hegde who heard the arguments and counter arguments from both sides, rejected the bail application of the accused.
