Mangaluru: The Police Commissionerate of Dakshina Kannada District organised Crime Prevention month at recently inaugurated Police Community Hall here on Monday December 1.

Speaking after the inauguration, district-in charge minister B. Ramanath Rai said that public must join hands with the police department in preventing crimes. The Public general have to awareness on crime, he said.

R Hitendra said that the changing technologies helping to move atrocities on women and children. Public must coordinate with the police department to identify crimes and to make control it, he said. 

Amrit Paul, IGP (Western Range) presided over the programme.

Deputy Commissioner AB Ibrahim, Public Prosecutor MV Bhat Panne and Dr SP Sharanappa also spoke on the occasion.
