Chikmagalur: CT Ravi, the newly inducted minister in the state cabinet, has said that he would strive his level best to solve the problems of the people during the remaining short tenure of the BJP government.
Responding to a felicitation conferred on him by residents of Kempanahalli here, Ravi said he does not want to boast that he would achieve big in the remaining ten months. At the same time there is no need to feel low that the remaining tenure was very less.
Hundreds of people had gathered to welcome the minister. Councilor Pushparaj also spoke on the occasion. Others present were TP member HS Puttegowda, KM Manjunath, District President of Kurubara Sangha and others. The minister was later also honoured at Tegur village.
