Mangalore : The former district In charge minister of BJP govt. CT Ravi, analyzing the defeat of BJP, admits that, mistakes how been done during last assembly election.
Speaking to the press in District BJP office on Friday 14th June He said that Anti BJP lobby was working within the party which divided the votes, and in fighting of state leaders tarnished the image of the party. He was sure of winning 4 seats in the district but the result was totally unexpected. During his 8 months ministership he has the satisfaction of doing his job well but reasons beyond his control has caused the debacle.
He refused to comment on the performance of newly elected Congress Govt in the state, merely saying that, let us wait and watch. About the withdrawal of cow slaughter bill he said that it is a pity, instead of strengthening the bill congress has done injustice to the feelings of Hindus, boldening the thieves to steal cows from the sheds in several places of the district.
