Sullia : Ms Kamlamma, mother of Railway Minister D V Sadananda Gowda passed away at Devaragunda in Sulliya Taluk of Dakshina Kannada district in early hours today.

She was 92 and survived by four sons and two daughters.

According to reports, she passed away due to age related illness.

The last rites will be held today afternoon, her family sources added.

On October 6, Gowda had lost his sister Savithri Shivaram Gowda due to cancer.

Devaragunda Kamlamma had six children Ratnavathi, D V Sivarama, D V Sadananda Gowda, Savithri Shivarama, D V Bhaskar and D V Suresh.
