Mangalore: A huge crowd had gathered near the Central Theatre in Mangalore on December 3, Tuesday, to catch a glimpse of popular Kannada star Darshan. The actor had come to Mangalore along with the crew of his latest film’ Kranthiveera Sangolli Rayanna’ to share the success of the film with his fans. The film has been running in theatres since five weeks.

The Vijaya Yatre of the film crew which passed through Jyothi circle arrived near the university college, where Darshan stepped out of his vehicle with great difficulty as his fans vied with each other to see their favourite star.

Speaking to reporters present at the venue, Darshan said he was pleased to visit Mangalore and said Mangaloreans always loved him and his films and have supported him.

The team later left for Aruna Theatre of Puttur which too is screening the film.
