Mangalore: The 4^th district and session’s judge (additional), Justice B.K Nayak gave his verdict in the first 3 cases of cyanide murders done by Mohan Kumar, an educated person indulging in sexual acts and murders, to be hanged till death. The verdict had been postponed for 2 days, and finally came on Friday after noon at 3 pm, on Dec. 20, 2013.

The verdict from Justice Nayak takes on great significance and judicial power in view of another 18 cases of cyanide poison administered by guilty killer Mohan Kumar to 18 other girls over a period of time and these cases are running in a Fast Track Court elsewhere.
