Mangalore:  A highly decomposed body said to be that of a foreign national, has been found at the Panambur beach. Panambur police said  based on the colour of the skin, it is suspected that the body was that of a foreigner.

The identity of the body is yet to be ascertained.  It is worth mentioning here a Polish national had drowned in the sea at Tottam near Malpe and his body has not yet been traced despite a thorough search. There is a suspicion if the body found at Panambur beach was that  of the Polish National. But nothing is ascertained as to yet. The man Miloeez  had come to Manipal for a Summer Internship Programme
