Mangaluru: Naushad and Mohammad Irshad, accused in police custody in connection with the murder of Deepak Rao, resident of Katipalla, will be produced before the court today.

The police have already taken him to a police custody and have been asked to return to police custody. It is said that some of the important things during the custody investigation were that of the accused. The investigating officers will be presented before the court in the wake of a one-week police custody term.

However, police sources said the murder could not be finalized in the murder case without investigating two accused. The main accused in the case, Pinky Nawaz and Rizwan, are still out of hospital for treatment in a private hospital in Mangalore.

Investigators have also decided to take him into the investigation after two-and-a-half days, sources said.
