Madikeri(Kodagu): State Home minister R. Ashok blamed the UPA Central government in New Delhi for its soft pedal policy towards terrorist movement and violent attackers, which set up a bomb explosion killing a in front of Delhi High Court premises on Tuesday and took the Centre to task on September 7 for not punishing the3 intimidating groups of terrorists coming from across the borders, or hiding within India.
Ashok was telling reporters in Madikeri on Wednesday, about the irresponsibility shown by centre to the nation, by keeping the convicts in death cell in various prisons, happy and contented, by spending lavishly on their upkeep till their death. This had encouraged more terrorism all over India. People are at a disadvantage, and if the centre understood that much, if will be better for both, he added.
The minister has ordered strict police watch all over the state, and said that a special security arrangement at all times would be made soon after talks for the High Court building by land and air.
