New Delhi : The Delhi High court o Monday postponed the bail application of former minister DK Shivakumar, who is facing ED probe in the case of money laundering.

Shivakumar’s lawyer Abhishek Singhvi had applied for the bail hearing of which has been postponed till 3:30 pm on Tuesday.

Tomorrow, Singhvi will be arguing for DK Shivakumar.

Singhvi has filed an Investigative Progress Report to the court, and will file an argument based on this report. ED lawyers will present their arguments on Thursday and Friday.
