Mangalore : The devotees of ‘Amma’ arrived at the Mata Amritanandamayi Mutt at Boloor to celebrate her 57th birthday celebrations on Oct 10, Sunday.
As a part of the celebration, Swami Poornamritananda Puri, the senior disciple of Amma organized the religious programmes such as satsang, Shri Gurupaduka Pooja, aarathi, and bhajans.

Delivering the benedictory speech on the occasion, he said that the world is corrupted with various problems like greed, and selfishness. Hence he requested the people to give up their self-centered attitude and maintain better relationship.

Many students received scholarships and women devotees received pensions and sarees.
Dr. Jeevaraj Sorake, Ajit Kumar Pai Malady, Kishore Shetty, and Dayakar Karkera were present.
