Manipal: Digital India public awareness vehicle was flagged of in the district by ZP CEO Priyanka Mary Francis on Wednesday at DC office premises.

The vehicle will travel all over the district to spread awareness regarding the schemes and projects of the Central government to the people.

Addressing the gathering Priyanka Mary said that the outreach of this campaign is planned by the central government. It is very much necessary to hold such campaign to spread awareness among the people in village level.

The van will travel from one place to another in a specified route. It covers all the villages and Grama Panchayat’s during the campaign. To educate people about the digital India project this campaign has been organised.
