Mangaluru: Commenting to the statement made by former minister Shrinivas Prasad on Digvijaya Singh former union minister Janardhana Poojary said that Digvijaya Singh never ran behind the suitcase. He is hailed from royal family of Madhya Pradesh.

Addressing the press personnel on Saturday at the district Congress office he said that Digvijaya Singh has a lot of properrty there is no need of receiving suitcase from anybody.

“I know him personally. He never ran behind suitcase,” he said.

Commenting on the Cm Siddaramaiah’s work style he said that CM has implemented many pro social schemes.

Pujary “He has commitment towards poor. Congress needs a leader like him,” he added.

Responding to the uniform civil code he said that BJP is trying to create their vote bank. Congress has been rejecting this bill since past 50 years. Because of the elections in various state PM is trying to provoke the people by chanting this bill. Congress condemns the move of BJP.
