Bangalore : Mangalore Dinesh Amin Mattu, a senior journalist hailing from Mangalore, has been appointed media advisor to the new CM Siddaramaiah. He is the Assistant Editor with Prajavani, Bangalore.

Hailing from Mattu village in Mulki, Dinesh Amin had joined Prajavani in 1989. Famous for his political analytical write-ups, he has also won several awrds including the D Devaraj Urs Award in August 2012. His write-ups in the erstwhile Mungaru daily and Prajavani are widely appreciated.
