Mangalore : The golden jubilee celebration of Diocesan Council of Catholic Women, was held at Shanthi Kiran, on Jan 28, Saturday.

Rev. Dr. Aloysius Poul D’Souza, Bishop of Mangalore gave a start to the celebration with the theme ‘Women an agent of positive change’ by conducting a solemon high mass.

Sr. Asumptha B S delivered the key note address.  Mnsgr. Denis Moras Prabhu, Vicar General released the Souvenir on the occasion.

Choreographer Vani Rajgopal presented a  dance ballet gala ‘Sthree’ on the occasion.

Rev. Sr. Lydia A.C. Superior of St. Ann’s Convent, Dr. Olinda Pereira, Founder of CCWI, Mr. Rosie Johan, President of CCWI and others were present.
