Mangalore: Dakshina Kannada DC Chennappa Gowda said that the proposal to transfer has been decided from long time and will be done soon.
Speaking at the press meet held at DC Court on June 2, Thursday, he said that earlier the department has asked for 15 acres and later went on increasing and reached to 100 acres.
Speaking about the Mangala Cornish Road, he said that in the Chief Minister’s fund of Rs 100 crore given to the Mangalore City Corporation and Rs 2 crore for the survey and government has agreed for it and the tender will be called this week.
