Mangalore : District-in-charge Minister Krishna J. Palemar inaugurated the Auto Expo 2011 organised by the Manipal Ace on the grounds of St. Aloysius Pre University College on Feb 26, Saturday.
The people rendering services and goods connected with automobile industry, such as auto insurance, auto finance, auto accessories, oils and lubricants, and others participated in the expo.
Apart from it, the organizers conducted the drawing competition with the theme “My Dream Car” for kids this afternoon.
A treasure hunt motorbike rally for two and four wheelers will be held on Feb 27, Sunday at 10:00 a.m.  The public can view the expo during this weekend from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m at free of cost.
B. R. Bhat, the general manager of Corporation Bank, and Kumble Narasimha Prabhu, the CEO and managing director of Manipal Ace, were also present.
