Sullia: District in-charge Minister Ramanath Rai visited Dixit Gowda’s home, who was alleged to be converted to other religion and discussed the matter with his family members, at Aramburu on Tuesday.
Later, speaking to the reporters he said that Dixit have clarified that he is not converted to any religion. Family has registered a missing complaint. Though, knowing all these things some are trying to gain political profit from this.
“Some are politicising the issue for the sake of votes. Forcing children to participate in an organisations rally is wrong. Action should be taken against those institution’s head’s for sending the children to the rally. We have discussed this matter with DC and education department officials,” he said.
Sullia block Congress President Venkappa Gowda, General Secretary P S Gangadhar, S Shamsuddhin and others were present.
