Mangalore : The DK Anti Corruption Forum in association with the Vigilance Cell of Corporation Bank organized an elocution competition for MBA students on the topic how youth can help prevent corruption at SDM BBM College on Nov 2 Wednesday.
Dheeraj Hejamadi said that all the people of the country are self responsible for increase in corruption because they look for work to be done easy with the money.
He also said that many government officials are honest, but most of them are claimed as corrupt.
Dr. Devaraj, the principal of SDM College of business management said that corruption can be easily eliminated if everybody maintains honesty.
Ankitha Shetty of Besant College bageged the first prize, while Rohit Menon, and Nelson of St. Aloysius College of Management received second prize, and third prize respectively.
P. V. Bhat, the AGM of Corporation Bank, and T. R. Bhat, the convener of the Anti Corruption Forum and assistant general manager of the bank, were also present.
