Mangalore: In press statement issued here by K Jayarama Shetty local BJP spokesmen against B Janardhana Poojary a senior congress leader for criticizing B S Yaddiyurappa on his re-entry in to the BJP, at the behest of national organizing secretary and Gujarat CM Narendra Modi, Shetty asked Poojary Why he remained silent on the induction of DK Shivakumar and Roshan Baig as two new ministers in the state cabinet only 2 days ago.
He added that congress has a long history of breakup since 1969 in Bangalore when Indira Gandhi and S Nijalingappa parted ways. Later Devaraj Urs and Bangarappa formed their own congress or anti-congress parties but later re-joined the original congress in a patch-up bid to straighten their own carriers. This habit of old congress has seen several falls from power and defeats in general Election till recently.
Sathish Prabhu, DK district BJP spokesman in his press note, pointed out that the good old congress party in the state is so nervous and scared of BJP winning the 2014 elections to Loksabha with Narendra Modi as the caption of the team that moves in to the parliament to form a new National Govt. and it has shown its frustration in helpless condition, by objecting to Yddiyurappa’s return to BJP as a probable new Leader of opposition to over through Siddaramaiah Govt. in Bangalore.
