Mangalore : The section 144 of CRPC has been imposed by district administration from 3rd Friday  5pm to 6th Sunday 5pm.

Gathering of more than five people is prohibited along with carrying of weapons of any tipe. Public programs, processions, meetings are prohibited during this period. Door to door campaigning is allowed if the group consists of less than five persons. Armed forces and government officials on duty are exempt from this section.
