Mangaluru : Dakshina Kannada district Second phase Lok Sabha polls ended with 77.25% polling at 6pm. Polling percentage in Mangaluru North was 74.83%, Mangaluru South 69.15% and Mangaluru- 75.62%. As for other areas, Moodbidri registered polling percentage of 73.17%, Sullia 84.10%, Belthangady 80.92%, Puttur recorded 80.71% while Bantwal registered a polling percentage of 80.31%.

In Udupi-Chikkamagaluru, the voter turnout 75.8%, with Kundapur polling 77%, Udupi 78%, Kaup 77%, Karkala 78%, Sringeri 78%, Mudigere 73%, Chikkamagaluru 69%, and Tarikere 72% polling.
