Bantwal: Ever since the last Sunday (Jan.22) samajotsava speech made in Uppinangadi school grounds in a spirited hot headedness by Dr. Kalladka Prabhakar Bhat the south India level RSS leader in DK dt, he has been receiving brickbats form Hindu- Muslim- Christian leader in coastal region other than BJP and sangha Parivar followers.

The DKCC leader and MLA B. Ramanath Rai has demanded Dr. Bhat’s arrest after an FIR was registered for his strong speech against minorities at the social fair held the Puttur Taluk.

Talking at a largely attended public meeting at BC Road in front of the Taluk office on home grounds on Jan 27 the MLA Rai criticized another MLA and DK minister Krishna Palemar, for his damage control in support of Dr. Bhat`s in flammatory speech.

He asked Palemar to resign as an unfit person to be DK minister.

Ullal MLA, U.T.Khader observed that enlightened persons (like Dr. Bhat) should curb the tendency to week communal harmony, by making anti – social speeches on a Hindu samajotsava day.

Bondala J.Shetty, former DKCC president, appreciated the police action of registering a case against Dr. Bhat, as he was not above law.

Taluk congress leaders were present on the dais. A procession stated from Polali Kaikamba arch to Bantwal Taluk office where the rally was held against RSS speakers.
