Mangalore : The Samanvaya  Trust has selected well-known victor Dolphy Lobo Cascia for the Late Victor Rodrigues Memorial Konkani Literary Award 2013 instituted by the Samanvaya Trust. The award will be presented at Samanvaya  Conference Hall, Urvastores on July 21.

Dr Ronald Cuntinha, Director of Samanvaya, said Dolphy  is a well-known writer, playwright and director who has authored several articles and short stories.
