Udupi: “Dr B M Hegde has been chosen for ‘Karnatha Huttoora Award’, presented by Kotathattu GP and Karnatha Huttoora Award foundation,” said foundation Working President Anand C Kunder.

Addressing the personnel on Wednesday he said that after considering Dr Hegde’s contribution in medical, educational and social sectors this award is being presented to him.

“The award will be presented on October 10. On the occasion of Karanth’s birth anniversary ten days cultural programmes has been organised,” he said.
