Ujire : Dr D Veerendra Heggade donated a sum of Rs 25 lakhs towards the construction of the Ram Mandir at Ayodhya.

A DD towards the amount was handed over by Dr Heggade to the Shree Rama Janma Bhoomi Theertha Kshetra Trust. The same was received by Raghavan, National Secretary of Vishwa Hindu Parishad.

VHP leaders M B Puranik, Krishnamurthi, Gopal Kuttar, Bhasker Dharmasthala, Prasanna Kumar, Sridhar Gudigar and others were present.
