Mangalore: For the release of three ‘innocent’ Muslim youth in connection with the murder case of Rajesh Poojary, an autorickshaw driver and Bhajrangdal activist at Bantwal, the Mangalore unit of DYFI staged a protest rally in front of DC office here on May 27, Tuesday
Speaking at protest rally Muneer Katipalla, District President of the DYFI said, the three youths are innocents. They have no connection with any organisation. The authorities must to release the ‘innocent’ youths immediately.
He also warned of severe protests if the youth were not released.
The mothers of the three arrested youths Shaheen, Khatoon and Nebisa, Dayananda Shetty, District Secretary of DYFI and others participated in the protest.
