Mangaluru: “Without coming under any pressure voters should elect the able and deserved person as their representatives for the better future of the country,” said District Sessions Court Judge K S Bilagi.

He was speaking after inaugurating the National Voters Day organised by District Administration and District Legal Service Authority, on Wednesday at Mangaluru Town Hall.

“Each voter should cast his vote. He should not escape from his duty at any cost. Youth should be motivated to vote and development of the country should be our motto,” he said.

ZP CEO Dr M R Ravi said “we should utilise the rights that are given by the constitution. Voting is our duty and everyone should perform their duty.”

Deputy Commissioner Dr K G jagadeesh, MCC Commissioner Muhammad Nazeer, ADC Kumar and others were present.
