Mangalore : The voting was conducted in several Taluks of D K District on Sunday (No.10) for the post of presidenship of Bunts and Nadavaras Central Union in Mangalore. There were two   Candidates, namely A Sadananda Shetty a prominent businessman and  Kodialguttu Ajith Kumar Malady a land owner.

The counting of votes will be done in city on receipt  of all votes coming from various taluk areas. The result is due to be published in the next two days.

The election was held in city at the Ramakrishna College near Bunts’ Hostel.

Apart from the post of president, there are 20 other candidates contesting for the posts of office-bearers.
