Mangaluru : A street light pole fallen in to a running Maruthi Omini Van near Rao and Rao circle on Monday 2.30 pm.

Ashif who was traveling in Maruthi Omni Van (KA 19 M 6427) injured in this incident. A Electric Street Light pole suddenly fell on his car while he was reached Rao and Rao circle. His Van parcitialy damaged, Ashif escaped minor injuries.

Mangalore South police arrived the spot. A case has been registered.

Mangalore City Corporation has installed Unbearable street lights poles in main streets of the city. The similar incident happened at the same place earlier, at that time, two pillars had fallen on the street.
