Mangalore : BJP state president K. S. Eshwarappa, who visited Mangalore with MLA of Chikmagalur C. T. Ravi, said that it is not proper time to give away any statement.
He had a 4-hour-long meeting with the district BJP leaders only to assess the party’s organizational strengths and weaknesses in the district. But at the end he refused to speak to the press and assured to hold press conference in his next visit.
But C T Ravi criticised the governor and warned him not to make any silly tricks to pull down an elected government. He also said that the governor has already made a number of attempts to dissolve the government, but has failed.
Eshwarappa is currently on a tour of all districts will first pay a visit to Sanghanikethan, the headquarters of the RSS in Mangalore and later move towards Udupi.
MP Nalin Kumar Kateel, Deputy Speaker N. Yogish Bhat, District in charge minister Krishna J. Palemar and ZP president Shailaja Bhat were also present at the meeting.
