Chennai: In his complaint to a CBI court, the former Law Minister and President of Janatha Party Subramanian Swamy has brought in Tamil Nadu CM M.Karunanidhi as a co-accused in 2G Spectrum Scandal along with the arrested DMK MP former Union Minister A. Raja as the main accused.
He told reporters that he would add many more names to the list of accused persons in the huge scam. It was in national interest that he found the matter was more than CBI could ever investigate on “first come first served” basis of action, involving losses to treasury in lakhs of crores of rupees.
The Court told CBI to keep Swamy’s view of national security aspect in its investigations. CAG, not to be left behind, has again submitted a more detailed report now. Raja and 2 aides are behind bars under the country’s largest corrupt deals.
