Mysuru : A mysterious explosion smashed the glass windows and doors of a toilet complex located behind the Mysuru district court today around 4:30 pm. None was injured in the incident.

When the advocates rushed to the source of the explosion, they found out that the doors and glass windows of the toilet complex were smashed. The roof of the toilet complex was also damaged in the blast.

“The explosion was loud enough to create panic in the court complex. Some of us saw two youths running away from the toilet complex. We do not know whether they were inside the toilet. We have shared the information with the police. There were also traces of blood and electronic equipment,” said Dinesh, an advocate and eye witness to the blast.

Unconfirmed reports suggested that two unidentified bags were found inside the toilet complex. The Mysuru district police are at the site and investigating the incident. The court complex has been cordoned off. The police are probing the blast by deploying bomb disposal squad and dog squad. They are yet to officially comment on the explosion.
